I was told that this firm was the best in Wilmington NC back in 2019 by an individual, whom at possibly one time had his taxes done by this firm. I kept their address for three years and had my taxes done by them this year 2022. They are very thorough. They also explained every figure in computing my taxes. "We have been very pleased with our start up with Quality Bookkeeping Services. They took over a set of books that I was uncomfortable with along with a poorly implemented bill format. The conversion went smoothly and we were able to fix several errors made by the previous vendor. Within the next two weeks we will be sending our first bills using the new format that Quality developed for us. They also prepared statements for the few accounts that are in arrears showing all of their payment history and how those payments were applied (this is the first time that they ended up knowing what they actually owed).
